Why our website redesign services come in two tiers
“Website redesign” can mean anything from a new color palette to a complete replatform. That makes quotes hard to compare and scope hard to agree. Our two tiers give every project a clear starting point.
A Refresh keeps your platform and modernizes everything visitors and search engines experience: design, speed, accessibility, metadata and structured data. A Rebuild replaces the foundations: a new structure, a modern stack, a design system and features your current platform can’t support.
Each tier has a defined set of inclusions, but no fixed price. We scope and quote after a free review because the effort depends on your templates, content, languages and integrations, not on a page count alone.
What “built for 2026” means
A revamp should leave your website ahead of current expectations, not just level with them. On every project we work to the same standards:
- Speed first. Core Web Vitals targets of LCP under 2.5 seconds, INP under 200 milliseconds and CLS under 0.1 on mobile, with performance budgets agreed before design.
- Accessible by default. WCAG 2.2 AA, keyboard-friendly navigation, visible focus states and motion that respects reduced-motion settings.
- A real design system. Color, type and spacing defined as tokens, with reusable components and light and dark themes where they fit your brand.
- Purposeful motion. Scroll reveals, page transitions and, in a Rebuild, optional 3D or WebGL, always with lighter fallbacks for low-end devices and slow networks.
- Search and AI ready. Clean HTML, schema, sitemaps and Markdown versions of key pages, so Google and AI assistants can read and cite you.
- Privacy and security. Consent-aware analytics, forms protected against bots and spam and no tracking that loads before consent where the law requires it.
Protecting your rankings through the revamp
Revamps are when sites are most likely to lose organic traffic. Our SEO migration process is part of both tiers, not an add-on. Before work starts, we record rankings, traffic, conversions and the URLs that hold backlinks. During the build, we check each new template for content and internal-link parity. Before launch, we test redirects, robots rules, canonicals and structured data on staging. After launch, we monitor daily until the new site settles.
In a Refresh, most URLs stay the same, so the risk is lower. In a Rebuild, URLs are often re-planned, so redirect mapping does the heavy lifting.
Revamps for every market we serve
The same revamp plays out differently in different markets. A US site needs an accessibility plan that reduces ADA complaint risk. A European site needs consent banners that meet GDPR and an accessibility approach for the European Accessibility Act. A Gulf brand usually needs Arabic and English versions with true RTL layouts. A North African site may need Arabic, French and English on one domain. Sites for users in Nigeria, Kenya or South Africa need strict page-weight budgets for mobile data.
We build those requirements into the scope from the first review, along with the right international SEO structure for each language and country.
How a revamp runs
Every project follows the same three stages. First, a free review and a fixed quote. Second, design and build on staging, with your team reviewing designs and working templates as they’re ready. Third, launch and protection: a launch-day checklist, close monitoring and fixes for anything that slipped through.
After that the site is yours. You can take it in-house with documentation and full access, or continue with technical SEO and content work from the team that built it.
