What's holding your website back

1

A site that looks a decade old

Dated layouts, stock imagery and clunky mobile menus tell buyers you're behind, even when your service is excellent. First impressions now happen in under a second.

2

Slow pages that fail Core Web Vitals

Heavy themes, page builders and stacks of plugins push load times past three seconds on mobile. Visitors leave, and Google's page experience signals count against you.

3

Redesigns that wipe out rankings

Many web projects change URLs, trim content and launch without redirects. The new site looks better and quietly loses the organic traffic the old one earned.

4

Built without search or AI in mind

Content hidden in scripts, missing schema and confused page structure make it hard for Google and AI assistants to understand, cite or recommend you.

In the details

Which kind of web project do you need?

Most projects fall into one of these starting points. We'll confirm the right one after a free review of your current site and goals.

  1. 01

    Good content, tired design: Refresh

Your structure and copy still work, but the site looks dated or fails speed and accessibility checks. We redesign and rebuild the key templates on your current platform.

  2. 02

    Outgrown the platform: Rebuild

Plugins are breaking, editing is painful or you're adding markets and languages. We plan a new structure and move you to a modern stack with full redirect mapping.

  3. 03

No site yet, or starting over

A new brand, product or business needs a site designed around search demand from day one. We build it with custom website development.

  4. 04

    Online store underperforming

Slow collection pages, app bloat and weak product templates hold back revenue. Our e-commerce builds fix the theme, then our SEO team grows the traffic.

  5. 05

    Entering Arabic or French markets

Adding Arabic RTL or French versions needs more than translation. We build each language properly and connect them with hreflang.

  6. 06

    Accessibility deadline or complaint

If you sell into the EU, the US or Canada, accessibility is now a legal and commercial issue. We audit, fix and document against WCAG 2.2 AA.

From kickoff to launch

    Review and plan

    • Content migration, redirects and structured data
  3. Launch and after

    Go live and grow

    • Staging QA, launch checklist and live checks
    • Monitoring of rankings, 404s and Core Web Vitals
    • Optional ongoing SEO to compound the new site's gains

What we test before launch

Quality you can measure

  • Core Web Vitals on mobile: LCP, INP and CLS
  • WCAG 2.2 AA issues found and fixed
  • Old URLs redirecting correctly at launch
  • Organic traffic and rankings vs the pre-launch baseline
  • Lead form and checkout conversion rates

Web design and development with search built in

Most web design agencies build websites and leave search for later. Most SEO agencies inherit those websites and spend months fixing them. IMPOSEO does both, so the structure, templates and content of your new site are planned around how buyers search on Google, in Maps and inside AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini.

That changes the brief from the start. URL patterns follow keyword research. Templates are built with headings, internal links and structured data in the right places. Performance budgets are set before design, not discovered after launch. And every old URL has a redirect waiting on launch day.

Two ways to revamp your website

Our website revamp service comes in two tiers.

Refresh modernizes your site on the platform you already run. It suits sites whose content and structure still work but whose design, speed or accessibility have fallen behind. We redesign the key templates, fix Core Web Vitals, clean up metadata and schema and launch without disturbing your URLs.

Rebuild is a new site on a modern stack. It suits brands that have outgrown their platform, are merging sites, adding Arabic or French versions or need interactive features. We plan a new information architecture, build a design system, migrate content and redirect every legacy URL.

Both tiers are quoted per project after a free review. Neither comes with a published price, because two “five-page” sites can need very different amounts of work.

What a 2026 website needs

The standard for a good website has moved. Buyers expect pages that load instantly on mobile, read well in light and dark mode and respond with subtle, purposeful motion. Search engines and AI assistants expect content they can crawl, structured data they can trust and pages that pass Core Web Vitals. Regulators increasingly expect accessibility.

We build to that standard on every project:

  • Core Web Vitals passing on real mobile devices, with LCP under 2.5 seconds, INP under 200 milliseconds and CLS under 0.1 as the targets
  • WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, including reduced-motion settings and pause controls for animation
  • Design tokens and reusable components, so new pages stay on brand
  • Clean, semantic HTML with schema for your organization, services, products, FAQs and articles
  • AI search readiness: crawlable content, entity signals, llms.txt and Markdown versions of key pages
  • Consent-aware analytics and forms protected against spam and bots

Built for the markets you sell in

A website for Riyadh, Toronto, Lagos and London can’t be built the same way. Arabic needs true right-to-left layouts, not mirrored English pages. Quebec has French language rules. European buyers expect GDPR-compliant consent. Users in much of Africa browse on mid-range phones with expensive data, so page weight matters even more.

We plan each build around its markets, from international SEO structure and hreflang to payment options, privacy notices and hosting regions. The regional sections below show what that means in practice.

Examples of our work

The builds shown on this page are real projects, described by sector and market because our clients’ names are confidential. They range from Shopify stores tuned for speed to bilingual rebuilds with 3D product scenes and custom content management. We don’t publish invented performance numbers. Ask us for a walk-through of relevant work during your review.

From launch to growth

A new website is the best moment to grow organic traffic, because the technical foundations are finally right. After launch, the same team can move straight into technical SEO, content, local SEO and AI SEO, using the baseline we recorded before the project began. Or you can take the site in-house with full documentation. Either way, you own everything we build.

FAQ

Web Development FAQs

Can't find your answer? Ask us directly. A strategist, not a salesperson, replies within one business day.

Ask a question

Do you build websites as well as doing SEO?

Yes. IMPOSEO runs two service lines, SEO and web development, delivered by one team. We design and build new websites, revamp existing ones through our Refresh and Rebuild tiers, and can carry on with SEO after launch. Because the same specialists plan both, search requirements are part of the design brief rather than a fix after go-live.

What's the difference between the Refresh and Rebuild tiers?

A Refresh redesigns your site on the platform you already use, keeping most URLs and page structure while modernizing design, speed, accessibility and SEO. A Rebuild is a new site on a modern stack, with a new structure, content plan, design system and features such as multilingual versions or interactive tools. Our free review recommends the tier that fits.

How much does a new website or revamp cost?

It depends on the tier, the number of templates and pages, languages, integrations and any interactive or 3D features. A Refresh of a brochure site needs far less work than a multilingual Rebuild with a custom CMS. We don't publish a price list. We review your site, agree the scope and send a fixed quote in US dollars (USD).

Will a redesign hurt our Google rankings?

It can, which is why our web projects include SEO migration work by default. We benchmark rankings and traffic before launch, map every old URL to a new one with 301 redirects, check content parity on the new templates and monitor closely after go-live. Some short-term movement is normal, but serious losses are preventable.

Which platforms and technologies do you use?

For new builds and Rebuilds we usually recommend fast static or headless stacks such as Astro or Next.js, hosted on Cloudflare, Netlify or Vercel. For Refresh projects we work on your current platform, including WordPress and Shopify. We choose the stack per project based on your team, content and integrations, not habit.

Can our team edit the website ourselves?

Yes. Every build includes an editing setup that suits your team, from Markdown content and a headless CMS to Shopify sections and blocks you can rearrange without code. We document how to add pages and train your editors before handover. You own the code, the content and the hosting accounts.

Do you build websites in Arabic and French?

Yes. We build in English, Arabic and French, including true right-to-left Arabic layouts with mirrored navigation and Arabic web fonts, French versions for Quebec and the Maghreb, and hreflang between every language. Native speakers review each language before launch.

Are your websites accessible?

Every build targets WCAG 2.2 AA. We test keyboard navigation, focus states, color contrast, motion settings and screen reader output on each template. That matters for users and, increasingly, for the law, including the European Accessibility Act, the ADA in the US and AODA in Ontario. We document conformance, but legal advice should come from your lawyers.

Which countries do you build websites for?

We build for businesses across the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe and the UK, the Middle East, North Africa and English-speaking Africa. Each build is planned for its markets, from privacy and accessibility rules to languages, payment options and network speeds. We work remotely and have no physical offices.

How long does a website project take?

A Refresh typically takes four to eight weeks and a Rebuild ten to sixteen, depending on scope, content readiness and how quickly feedback comes back. Large multilingual or e-commerce projects can take longer. We agree a timeline with milestones in the quote and share staging links throughout.

Do you offer SEO after the website launches?

Yes, and it's where a new site pays off. Many clients move from a web project into ongoing SEO, local SEO or AI search work with the same team. It's optional: you can also take the finished site in-house, and we'll hand over documentation and access.
